This morning Forms III to VI were delighted to meet Lara Flecker, author of Midnight at Moonstone and illustrator Trisha Krauss.

MIDNIGHT AT MOONSTONE written by Lara Flecker,  based the book on her 15 years’ experience as a Senior Textile Conservation Display Specialist at the Victoria and Albert museum, combining her love of storytelling and historic dress.  The costumed characters in the book are based on real historic costumes from around the world, and the book contains information about the real costumes that inspired the story.  The book is illustrated throughout by Trisha Krauss, with intricate patterns and incredible detailing, creating a sumptuous finish.
