Forms I & II had the most fantastic day at Whipsnade Zoo. Their learning started with classification of animals during a ‘Fur, Feathers and Scales’ workshop. Then they had time to wander around the Zoo discovering the different animals within their enclosures. They saw elephants, tigers, birds on the pond, Caribbean flamingos, giraffes, the white rhino crash and their newest baby rhino Nandi, the lemurs, the wild boar mummy and quite a few wild boar piglets! It was a lovely, exciting, different and enjoyable day at the Zoo.
