This week the Year V and VI cricket team had their first cricket match of the year at RMS. It was great to play on a cricket pitch and it felt like a proper occasion. All of the girls played with determination and confidence. The Charlotte House team bowled and batted really well and gave RMS a real challenge. The final score was Charlotte House 233 runs & RMS 226 runs. A great win for Charlotte House!
I would like to congratulate all of the girls that played on Monday and to encourage them to carry on playing cricket. I am sure we have a Ben Stokes in the making.
